Dr. Jeffrey Becker directs the Indo-Pacific Security Affairs Program at CNA’s Center for Naval Analyses. His recent work includes "China's Presence in the Middle East and Western Indian Ocean: Beyond Belt and Road." He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the George Washington University.
