Justin Dunnicliff is the acting Deputy Collaboration Portfolio Director for the National Security Innovation Network. Before joining NSIN, Justin was a Visiting Research Fellow at the National Defense University in Washington, D.C., consulting for the Joint Warfare Analysis Center, U.S. Southern Command, and the Office of Net Assessment.
