Karen Thornton is a Fellow at the Acquisition Innovation Research Center, a member of the adjunct faculty at the George Washington University Law School, and a director on the Procurement Round Table. She has served as a professional staff member on the House Armed Services Committee and led the Government Procurement Law program at GW Law. She began her career as an Army JAG at Headquarters, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
