Paul F. Walker is director of Environmental Security and Sustainability with Green Cross International and its US national affiliate, Global Green USA. He is a former senior staffer for the House Armed Services Committee, and holds a Ph.D. in international security studies from MIT. He was awarded the Right Livelihood Award ("Alternative Nobel Prize") in 2013 for his work to safely eliminate chemical weapons.
