Tong Zhao is Senior Fellow with the Nuclear Policy Program at the Carnegie-Tsinghua Center for Global Policy in Beijing. He is part of the Körber Strategic Stability Initiative, a joint project on the future of arms control by Körber-Stiftung and the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg.
