Defense One and INSA discussed re-skilling, up-skilling and the data-related knowledge and tools required for the Intelligence Community workforce. They dove into best practices for building up a future-focused workforce equipped to support the Community’s current and future AI demands.

• Technology infused platforms that allow the IC workforce to learn new skills
• What does success look like and what are some emerging impediments
• Recommended on-line training opportunities, particularly during COVID-19
