Dr. Preslav Nakov, of Hamad Bin Khalifa University’s Qatar Computing Research Institute, leads the Tanbih mega-project, developed in collaboration with Massachusetts Institute of Technology, or MIT. The project aims to build a news aggregator that limits the effect of fake news, propaganda and media bias by helping users step out of their bubble and achieve a healthy news diet.
