Radar-evading aircraft, surveillance drones, warships, and space and cyber weapons will all be brought to bear to ensure these objectives, Gates said at a security conference in Singapore.
Senior U.S. officials have warned that China’s military buildup that includes production of anti-ship and anti-aircraft missiles, and also cyber warfare capabilities, poses a potential threat to U.S. naval power in the region.
