DIA, General Dynamics to partner on information assurance
General Dynamics IT will ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the DIA's network defenses and data resources.
The Defense Intelligence Agency has awarded an $86 million task order to General Dynamics IT to furnish information assurance and cybersecurity services to the DIA's installations in the United States and abroad, company officials said Oct. 14.
Under the contract, General Dynamics IT will ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the DIA's network defenses and data resources.
The task order was awarded through the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity Solutions for IT Enterprise contract awarded the company in May 2010.
