The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency so-called Plan X is directed at giving the U.S. military the ability to launch devastating attacks in cyberspace and buttress cyber defenses to withstand expected counterattacks, the story said.
The $110 million research program, which is scheduled to last five years, will begin accepting proposals in the next few months, the story said.
