DIA issues call for bids on $6 billion E-SITE contract

The contract will provide worldwide IT services and support for the defense intelligence community and its partners.

The Defense Intelligence Agency has released its final request to industry on a $6 billion contract for global IT services for the Defense Department Intelligence Community.

The Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) contract is intended to fulfill the IT requirements of DIA, the combatant commands and military services and other partner agencies around the world.

The solicitation encourages teams of contractors, where appropriate, to submit bids and says DIA expects to award contracts to both large and small businesses. DIA expects to award multiple contracts with base a four year options.

E-SITE will provide IT and technical support “through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global intelligence and command and control (C2) assets,” according to the solicitation.
