Johan Roos is a retired Swedish Army Reserve captain; Professor in Strategy and Executive Advisor at Hult International Business School; and Senior Advisor to Drucker Forum (Peter Drucker Society Europe). He holds a PhD in business administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and has led several international business schools, including as President of Copenhagen Business School. His most recent book is Human Magic: Leading with Wisdom in an Age of Algorithms (Routledge, 2026).
