DARPA at work on resilient cloud for military missions

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency is looking to develop a resilient cloud computing services infrastructure to support various military missions, reports Information Week.

The purpose of the Mission-oriented Resilient Clouds program is to eventually build a sturdy infrastructure that could continue to operate and support military objectives even if it experiences a cyberattack.

DARPA will host a Proposers' Day for the project on May 26 in which it will brief interested parties in advance of the anticipated broad agency announcement for assistance.
