Napper moving to Cyber Command; NETCOM commander named, too

Army Maj. Gen. Jennifer Napper has been reassigned to a key post at the U.S. Cyber Command.

Maj. Gen. Jennifer Napper has been reassigned as director of Plans and Policy/J-5 at the U.S. Cyber Command at Fort Meade, Md., the Army said in a June 15 news release.

Napper is currently commanding general of the Army's Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) and deputy commanding general for Network Operations at Army Cyber Command/2d Army.

Maj. Gen. Alan Lynn, commanding general, U.S. Army Signal Center, Fort Gordon, Ga., will replace Napper as the NETCOM commanding general, the announcement said. 

No date for Napper's departure or assumption of duties was provided in the announcement.
