The headlines out of the penultimate day of the 2021 Space Symposium, running Aug. 23-26 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, involve the increasingly crowded space of low Earth orbit, delays to a few high-profile rocket programs, and a 2nd birthday party for the United States Space Command—celebrated a wee bit early.
