Douglas A. Ollivant, Ph.D. is a Managing Partner of Mantid International, a global consulting firm with offices in Beirut, Baghdad, Guam and Washington D.C. He is also a Senior Fellow at both New America and FPRI. A retired Army officer, his last assignment in government was as Director for Iraq at the National Security Council during both the Bush and Obama administrations.
