Gillian Evans is a Senior Analyst at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, where she focuses on U.S. national security strategy, nuclear strategy and modernization, and trends in future warfare. She is a 2019 Nuclear Scholar at the Center for Strategic and International Studies' Project on Nuclear Issues. Evans has worked for the Afghanistan policy team at the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
