Louis McCullagh is an acquisitions program manager working in the Air Force’s Life Cycle Management Center. Before that, Capt. McCullagh was a Cyber Operations Officer working to accomplish counterintelligence objectives for the Office of Special Investigations. Both recently experienced public-private partnerships as fellows in the Defense Ventures Program.
