Morgan Plummer is the Managing Director of the National Security Innovation Network at the U.S. Department of Defense. Immediately before his appointment as Managing Director, Morgan served as the Senior Advisor to the Director of the MD5 National Security Technology Accelerator and was a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at National Defense University in Washington, D.C.
