Ryan B. Greer is his Deputy at the impl. project and also CEO of Vasa Strategies, a social impact consultancy. He recently left the State Department, where he served as Policy Advisor for Syria/Iraq Foreign Fighters. Prior to joining the State Department’s Counterterrorism Bureau, Ryan was a Presidential Management Fellow in State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, for which had managed criminal justice programming for Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Ecuador.
