Lt. Gen. (ret.) Timothy Evans, CB CBE DSO, is one of three international members of NAKO, the Independent Defence Anti-Corruption Committee set up by Transparency International to oversee defense reform in Ukraine. Evans' final military post was Commander of the Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, a NATO High Readiness Headquarters.
