Dr. Chris Bassler is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA). He previously served as a civilian in both the Department of the Navy and Department of the Air Force, working as a scientist, engineer, designer, and strategist, across all domains. Before joining CSBA, he last served as Chief Strategy Officer in the F-35 Joint Program Office.
