Matthew Kroenig is an Associate Professor of Government and Foreign Service at Georgetown University and a Senior Fellow at the Brent Scowcroft Center on International Security at the Atlantic Council. He is the author of the new National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR) Special Report, “Approaching Critical Mass: Asia’s Multipolar Nuclear Future.”
