Napper passes NETCOM baton to Lynn

Maj. Gen. Jennifer L. Napper will turn over command of the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command to Maj. Gen. Alan R. Lynn at a morning ceremony to be held Aug. 9 at Fort Huachuca, Ariz., NETCOM said.

Napper was recently selected to become director of plans and policy, J-5, with the U.S. Cyber Command located at Fort Meade, Md. She has served as NETCOM's commanding general since Sept. 22, 2010.

Lynn currently is the 35th Chief of Signal and commanding general, Signal Center of Excellence and Fort Gordon, Ga. He has served in the position since July 21, 2010.
